Usage Terms and Conditions

1. Area of Application

1.1 search.ch Ltd operates the tel.search.ch website. These Special Usage Terms and Conditions regulate the use of tel.search.ch in addition to the General Usage Terms and Conditions for search.ch.

2. search.ch Ltd Services

2.1 Content

An electronic telephone book with additional information and functions (hereinafter referred to as the Services) is available to users (hereinafter referred to as the User) at tel.search.ch.

2.2 Usage rights for one's own purposes

search.ch Ltd grants the User the non-transferable right to use the Services for his own purposes. Usage does not entitle the User to issue sub-licenses.

2.3 API access

search.ch Ltd can make access for the usage of tel.search.ch available via an interface (Application Programming Interface or API).

search.ch Ltd reserves the right to block the API access of the User without prior notice at any time, if, for example, the User violates these Special Usage Terms and Conditions or if the number of accesses established by search.ch Ltd is exceeded.

2.4 Source information

tel.search.ch must be cited as the source in all forms of Service use.

2.5 Quality

search.ch Ltd strives to provide the most accurate and current entry information possible on tel.search.ch but cannot make any guarantees for accuracy or completeness.

Correction reports from Users are welcome.

3. User Obligations

3.1 Legal usage

The User shall undertake to use the tel.search.ch Services in a legal way exclusively, in particular with regard to data protection laws. The User is aware that the content, information, presentation, design and data used for this Service are legally protected

3.2 Forbidding processing

The User is particularly forbidden from using the content, information, presentation, design and data or the Service as an exclusive or partial starting point for the production of similar or the same presentation, information and service. The Service and the information and data it is based on may not be passed on to other parties in an altered or unaltered form.

3.3 Changing entries

The User may report changes to existing or missing entries to search.ch Ltd. The User shall undertake to submit accurate information only. Improper changes may be investigated and punished. The User shall be liable to search.ch Ltd for any costs or damages incurred through the improper changes.

4. Guarantee and Liability

4.1 search.ch Ltd shall not accept any liability relating to the use of tel.search.ch subject to binding legal regulations.
